The project is a multi-functional building -commercial, shop, motel and restaurant.

The site is situated between the A15 motorway near the city of Massa Carrara (Tuscany) and the closed to the railway.

It’s a very infrastructural landscape where the river Magra flows near and below the street level. The building is clearly visible in the landscape.

 

Cars and trucks have access to the service area and gas station while the pedestrians reach the building through a footbridge over the river, which leads them far from the noise of the motorway directly to the main entrance of the building.

The tower includes a gas station, autogrill, with snack bar and shop, a motel and a restaurant on the upper levels.
