The project is part of a masterplan in the town of Palau, Costa Paradiso (Sardinia) which aims densificating and requalifying the center.

 

The site is situated at the end of an existing pedestrian seaside promenade which leads to a public green space; the project consists of two buildings which create a large space between them, a big public terrace looking towards the sea.

 

The beautiful position of the site suggests a turistic destination of the buildings: the tower is an apart-hotel and the lower building is a restaurant.
